Thank you for your interest in joining the Force Free Trainers of Wisconsin!


All Force Free Trainers of Wisconsin (FFTW) membership applications are thoroughly reviewed. 
 
Membership in the FFTW is not automatic with application. The FFTW reserves the right to protect the integrity of the group by conducting a detailed review of each application to ensure it is in line with our group’s mission, principle values and ethics. We reserve the right to remove any FFTW member, at any time, for violations of the group mission, principle values and ethics. All fees, including membership fees, are non-refundable. The membership fee for the current calendar year is $25. We look forward to receiving your application!

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please note: A $10.00 non-refundable application fee is required. The fee is valid for 30-days. Should the application be approved, the application fee will be applied towards the membership fee.
 

  • Complete and submit the FFTW Membership Application.

  • Upon submitting the application, you will be redirected to PayPal to submit the $10.00 non-refundable application fee. Your application is not complete until payment has been received.

  • Once payment is submitted, you will be emailed a receipt of payment from PayPal, along with a copy of your application.

  • The Steering Committee will review your application and send an email response within 7 days. If a response has not been received  within 7 days, please email us at contact@forcefreewisconsin.comto inquire about the status of your application.

  • If membership is approved, an email will be sent on how to submit the membership fee balance.

  • Once fees are received, you will be added to our private, members-only Facebook group. You will also receive the password information to login to our members-only portion of our website.

Membership is not automatic with application. Your application will be reviewed by the Steering Committee members and may include:

  • Reviewing your website and Facebook page for dog training methods and techniques (including photos and verbiage used), animal care and overall business ethics.

  • Completion of a more detailed questionnaire in the event that you do not have a member referral, business website and/or Facebook page with specific information about your services.

  • Conducting a short interview with you to determine suitability membership.

  • Cross-referencing your experience and credentials and contact your client and professional references.

  • Asking our current members for information regarding the application.

  • Requesting a current member to observe a private or group lessons, without fee.

By submitting an application, should you be approved for membership, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined in the FFTW's Logo License Agreement (click here to read) and Identity & Brand Guildelines (click here to read) documents.
